Additional charge of Establishment Branch / Financial Management Information System

All the work related to the establishment of the Finance Directorate and Madhya Pradesh Finance Corporation, Provident Investment Company and coordination of Legislative Assembly, Stationary, Central Posts, Consultative Committee of Finance Department, posting of officers / employees, leave, travel outside the state , Proceedings on the meeting held under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary, CS, CM. Coordination of monitoring, information to be sent to General Administration Department, enrollment in Corporation / Board / University, Action and coordination on letters received from Public Grievance Redressal Department, Joint Consultative Committee of General Administration Department and Coordination of Finance Department

Economic Policy and Analysis Unit (EPAU)

Database creation and implementation and monitoring on the recommendations of the State Finance Commission, all the work related to the Finance Commission, correspondence with the Central Government, review and utilization of funds expenditure, organizing meetings of the authority committee, etc. Statistics aggregation for, all work at the state level of the State Finance Commission, all work of the 14th Finance Commission, monitoring of the fiscal contract, estimation of the economic situation of the state, report on important economic suggestions in the state every 6 months. This will be an analytical report which will include highlighting the possible corrective measures including review of the economic and financial situation, preparing an analytical report of the plan development in collaboration with the Planning Department. The report will be presented after the first quarter, the suggestions of which will help in the planning policy for the next year, the work of reviewing and evaluating the targets of the programs related to the Assisted Public Resource Management Program by the Asian Development Bank. Analytical work of the effects of various economic and fiscal policy works, special studies related to economic and planning policy at the request of the departments, work related to Madhya Pradesh Fiscal Management Act and rules made under this Act.
